If you want to consistently make yourself do something, be it go to the gym, brush your teeth three times a day, etc.. the easiest way to make sure you always stick to it is to make sure it becomes a habit.
Schedule your day so it becomes a natural part of it for you, allocate some time to it. Then after a while, you'll notice that you will automatically start doing it, and it will feel weird if you don't.
Then you'll know that it has become a habit, and you're free to reap the rewards :-)
